路面再生技術(shù)就是充分利用現(xiàn)有路面的舊材料,對需要維修養(yǎng)護的舊路面進行翻新改造,從而恢復(fù)其使用功能。利用專用路面再生機械將舊瀝青路面及部分基層材料原地拌和后,摻加適量結(jié)合料,使其成為新路的基層或底基層,以達到對舊瀝青路面的利用,達到簡化施工程序、降低工程造價之目的。

瀝青混凝土路面再生技術(shù)按照摻加結(jié)合料的不同分為兩種:

The regeneration technology of asphalt concrete pavement can be divided into two types according to the different types of added binders:

(1)將舊面層的結(jié)合料、舊集料進行再生,組配成合格的再生瀝青混合料重新鋪筑路面使用,叫做再生利用。

(1) Recycling the binder and aggregate of the old surface layer, assembling them into qualified recycled asphalt mixture, and re paving the road surface for use is called recycling.

(2)在舊路面層破碎后僅需摻加少量的結(jié)合料或礦料后使用,叫做重復(fù)利用。目前,國內(nèi)就地冷再生一般為摻加少量的水泥或石灰等無機結(jié)合料,冷再生由專門的再生機械完成,其核心為一裝備有大量硬質(zhì)合金刀具的工作轉(zhuǎn)子。轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)時,銑刨現(xiàn)有鋪裝材料并將新舊材料拌和再生。再銑刨的同時,來自由再生機推動前行的水罐車的水通過軟管輸送給再生機,并由其噴灑系統(tǒng)噴入其拌和罩殼內(nèi)。加入的水經(jīng)過微機控制灑水系統(tǒng)的精確計量,然后被充分地拌和到材料中,以便獲得壓實所需要的含水量。以水泥為粘結(jié)料的就地冷再生目前為常見,再生過程中,水泥與現(xiàn)有鋪裝材料被充分均勻地拌和再一起。壓實后,材料中的顆粒被粘結(jié)到一起,形成一個貧水泥的穩(wěn)定基層,結(jié)果使得在不必要添加新骨料的同時,現(xiàn)有新結(jié)構(gòu)層的承載力顯著提高。

(2) After the old pavement layer is crushed, only a small amount of binder or mineral material needs to be added before use, which is called reuse. Cold regeneration is completed by specialized regeneration machinery, with the core being a working rotor equipped with a large number of hard alloy cutting tools. When the rotor rotates, the existing pavement material is milled and mixed with new and old materials for regeneration. At the same time of milling and planing, the water from the water tank truck pushed forward by the free regeneration machine is transported to the regeneration machine through a hose and sprayed into its mixing cover through its spraying system. The added water is accurately measured by a microcomputer controlled sprinkler system and then thoroughly mixed into the material to obtain the optimal moisture content required for compaction. The on-site cold regeneration using cement as the bonding material is currently the most common. During the regeneration process, cement is thoroughly and uniformly mixed with existing paving materials. After compaction, the particles in the material are bonded together to form a stable base layer of lean cement, resulting in a significant increase in the bearing capacity of the existing new structural layer without the need to add new aggregates.
